Larry Kavanagh founded D.M.insite in 1999. Tapping his vast and deep experience running a successful multi-title mail order catalog company, Larry worked with software engineers to create the first version of the Mercury Platform. Today, D.M.insite is a highly successful and rapidly growing software company that continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing ecommerce software proven to grow online sales.
Serving as chief executive officer for D.M.insite, Larry is the driving force behind the company's continued growth and innovation. He is a recognized leader and widely regarded as the top industry expert on internet marketing for mail order catalog companies.
Prior to founding D.M.insite, Larry ran a successful mail order consulting firm. In that capacity, he served clients ranging from traditional catalog to newsletter marketers to pure play internet companies. Consulting clients included companies such as MyPoints.com, Garden.com, eBags, GolfWorks, Gardens Alive!, and Phillips Publishing.
Larry also served as general manager and director of marketing for Gardens Alive!, a large, multi-title mail order catalog company. Under Larry's leadership, the company achieved seven consecutive years of increased revenue and profits.
As a respected expert in the industry, Larry has authored many articles for several direct marketing industry publications. He frequently speaks at national and regional conferences on a variety of topics all centered on running a successful online business and driving website sales.
Larry earned his master's of business administration from Xavier University.
